Rhodes Seniors Residence and eligible individuals living in the surrounding Kerr Street neighbourhood. * from Third Line east to Reynolds Street * from QEW south to Lakeshore Rd Other locations for Supportive Housing/Supports for Daily Living Projects managed by the Region of Halton. | ||

| Eligibility | Ages: 60 year(s) and up Senior residents who require some form of every day living assistance may be eligible for the program. Applicants must be able to direct and participate in their own care. Applicants must need personal support services on a daily basis; care needs cannot be met by community resources; care required is 1.5 hours a day needed throughout the day; require ongoing medication reminders; need 24 hour emergency response for risk issues such as falls; have emotional or mental health problems; or have limited family support and caregiver stress. | ||
