Description and Service Details
Description (Service) A snow windrow is the pile of snow that is left at the bottom of a driveway after the snow plow has cleared the road.  
* the windrow clearing program helps seniors 65+ and people with physical disabilities or medical conditions who are unable to clear the windrow on their own
Hours Service Oakville 8 am-5 pm
Dates Registration is open from Oct 1st to Nov 22nd, 2019 * the program runs between Dec 1st and Mar 31st

Eligibility Residents 65 years of age or older (proof of age is required) * persons with a physical disability or medical condition (a doctor's note or disability parking permit is required) * registrants must sign a declaration stating that no able-bodied person under the age of 65 is living at their residence
Application Application form 
 
New applications: 
* must be processed in person at Town Hall with proof of age or medical condition 
* payment can be made by cash, cheque, debit or credit 
 
Renewal applications: 
* will be mailed to residents who have previously used the service  
* must be completed and returned to ServiceOakville by mail or in person by November 20th

Fees User fee of $104.05 ($92.08+HST) for the 2019-2020 season * once the application is processed the fee is non-refundable
