| Description | * partnership of organizations serving children and youth from birth to age 18, ensuring they have the help they need to do well in school and life * community-based hubs provide space and resources for families, schools and the community to work towards this goal Aldershot Hub community initiatives include: * grocery assistance as a member of ReFresh Foods * piano lessons * regular access to Halton region's health and children's programs and Halton Children’s Aid services * free sports program for 10-12 year olds *membership in Partnering Aldershot, Warwick Surrey Community Association, Parent teacher Councils for Aldershot school * Little Seedlings, a parent child drop in for families living in the Warwich Surrey community * visit www.ourkidsnetwork.ca for more information and calendar of events and activities | ||
