Description (Service) Programs, available in English and French, offering interactive ways to look at, discuss and make works of art.  
Exhibition Visits  
* students explore the exhibition discussing the themes, ideas and formal qualities of the work * half day  
Guided Tour and Workshop:  
* exploration of the exhibition followed by an art-making workshop inspired by the themes and materials of the exhibition * full day  
Art Scavenger Hunt: 
* students engage in the artworks on display while learning about the elements and principles of design and museum etiquette * half day at the gallery 
Visual Arts Workshops 
* challenges students to look at their everyday surroundings as a source of materials with which to make art * half day in the classroom for elementary students 
Rock, Paper, Scissors: Stop Motion Animation:  
* learn how to make a stop motion animation * full day at the gallery the classroom 
Art Break: 
* small extracurricular art activities that bring the Galleries' studio to your school 
* teachers select and create themes that suit the interests of their students 
* lunch-hour and after-school programs 
Funny Faces: Primary Printmaking: 
* uses basic printmaking techniques to create new figures, faces and characters * full day at the gallery or in the classroom 
Prints Charming: Junior Printmaking: 
* a story-telling themed printmaking workshop inspired by historical narrative techniques of the past 
* softoleum block printing available to students * full day at the gallery or the classroom 
Artist's Proof: Senior Printmaking:  
* workshop guiding students through stencil and screen-printing techniques to produce prints of their own design

Videorovers: Discovering Video Art:  
* a video-making workshop introducing secondary students to the medium of video and its place in the visual arts * full day at the gallery or the classroom
