Service Information
Description (Service) The branches of the Oakville Public Library offer a number of programs for children throughout the year including special summer programs and PD Day events. 
Programs and events include: 
* Preschool Programs 
* School Age Programs 
* Drop-in Programs 
* March Break programs 
* Summer Reading Club  
* Christmas Break programs  
* author visits  
* arts and crafts camps  
Not all programs are available at all locations.

Community Outreach: 
Book Nooks were created to provide access to library books in non library environments  
* lending works on the honour system so no library card is required
