| Description | The Rehabilitation and Geriatric program includes a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services to meet the needs of our community. In addition to providing rehabilitation to patient care units within the Rehab and Geriatric Program, rehabilitation professionals provide therapeutic services for all other HHS patient programs.
