* Administration Counter Services, at 4085 Palladium Way, Mon-Fri 9 am-1 pm 
* telephone payments can be made at 905-637-1274, Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm 
* all Provincial Offences Act matters scheduled from March 16, 2020 through to and including Friday, January 22, 2021 will be adjourned and rescheduled to a later date (a notice of new court dates will be sent by mail to the address on file with the court)

Provincial offences court services deal with non-criminal provincial offences charges issued in Halton, including: 
* Highway Traffic Act offences, such as speeding, driving without insurance or failing to stop at a red light 
* municipal bylaw offences, such as excessive noise, animal control or garbage disposal 
* offences under provincial legislation such as the Environmental Protection Act, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Dog Owners' Liability Act or the Trespass to Property Act 
 
No small claims, criminal charges or family law matters are administered at the courthouse
