Description (Service) Over 50 environmental groups. 
 
Programs: 
Greening Sacred Spaces Halton-Peel chapter:  
* assists faith communities in creating sustainable and energy efficient place of worship and educate about ecological issues 
 
Halton Environment & Diversity Network:  
* partners with local settlement agencies, environmental groups, and community groups to assist communities in finding environmental resources in Halton 
 
Halton Green Screens: 
* environmental film screenings  
* in public venues and schools 
 
Halton Food Council: 
* encourage and facilitate dialogue and collaboration among food related organizations, agencies, services, food producers and producers, consumers, business and government
