DescriptionPost Inn Village is a 228-bed not-for-profit long-term care home owned and operated by Halton Region in the Oak Park community in Oakville.  
 
Services Include:  
* 24-hour nursing care  
* interdisciplinary team approach

* physiotherapy and occupational therapy  
* spiritual support  
* social work services  
* live entertainment  
* supportive of family and community involvement 
 
* 17 beds are available for convalescent care
