Description & Services
DescriptionA partnership between the Community Care Access Centre and the Halton Region Health Department whose goal is to co-ordinate dental services for the elderly and adults with special needs in Halton.  
 
The program provides  
* a single point of access for oral health care information  
* assistance in receiving coordinated dental services. 
 
The Community Care Access Centre will provide  
* information regarding available oral health services  
* help with referrals to accessible dental treatment services in Halton.  
 
Halton Region Health Department will provide 
* oral health education resources for individuals and their caregivers 
* funding for dental treatment services for those that qualify.
