Description* community of families supporting each other through programs and resources to build friendships, strengthen their children, and create healthy neighbourhoods 
* objectives are to relieve poverty, provide parent education and support and to provide educational, recreational and social opportunities for parents and children of all abilities  
 
Programs include: 
* Children's Programs : Family Drop In & Circletime Programs * La Hora del Cuento - Spanish Circletime * Japanese Circletime * Baby Rhyme Time * Toddler Time *Baby Rhyme Time* Parented Preschool * Programs for children with challenges- Social Skills, Fun Friends & Friends for Life, after school programs, summer camps 
 
* Parenting Programs : * Kids Have Stress Too! * RIRO* Parent Connections Support Group* Managing Challenging Behaviours member requested programs including first aid, child care choices, transitioning to school and general parenting 
 
* Parent & Child Book Nook
