Northridge is divided into 5 distinct resident communities, which consist of no more than 29 residents.
Each resident community has its own dining room, kitchen, living room, den, sun room, and outdoor garden.

Eligibility for tenancy is determined by the Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) or a case manager * clients must posses a valid health card * be 18 years or older * have maximized available community supports * must have care requirements that can be met in long term care.
