| Description | The Stop Smoking Clinics offer one-to-one personal counselling to help smokers assess their lifestyle, understand why they smoke, and set a stop date. Clinics help smokers consider methods of quitting with acupuncture, nicotine patch, nicotine gum, and behaviour modification. Smokers who are ready to stop can call to make an appointment.
