* athletes  
* teams  
* coaches  
* trainers

* media personnel who have brought pride and recognition to the Town of Oakville  
 
Events: 
* bi-annual inductions ceremony  
* annual golf tournament fundraiser 
 
Oakville Sports Endowment Fund and the Athletic Scholarship and Assistance Program (ASAP):  
* assists local athletes in need of financial assistance to pursue their objectives in sports * competing at the national or international level  
* able-bodied and disabled athletes considered
