Description	This program is specifically designed for smokers who want to quit.     The program consists of six weekly sessions that build on the skills and information needed to develop a comprehensive individualized quit plan and provide support for smokers as they go through the quitting process.     Activities Include:  * understanding why you smoke * getting ready to quit * preparing your plan * initial reactions to quitting * surviving the early days * moving on    Locations of program:  * Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital  * Milton District Hospital  * Georgetown Hospital
