* 20 Division location (95 Oak Walk Drive, Oakville), Mon–Fri from 10 am-6 pm 
* 30 Division location (3800 Constable Henshaw Blvd. Burlington), Seven days a week, 8 am-4 pm 
* Milton reporting centre remains closed at this time

Description (Service) Services altered in response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) 
 
Collision reports can be made in person at: 
* 20 Division location (95 Oak Walk Drive, Oakville), Mon–Fri from 10 am-6 pm 
* 30 Division location (3800 Constable Henshaw Blvd. Burlington), Seven days a week, 8 am-4 pm 
* Milton reporting centre remains closed at this time

There are three collision reporting centres (CRC) in Halton Region 
* centres take reports for minor property damage collisions 
* if the combined damage (from all vehicles or property involved in the collision) is $2000 or more you have a legal obligation to report that collision 
* vehicle must be able to be driven to reporting centre 
* reporting centres are privately owned and staffed with non-police service employees
