Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Literacy and basic skills training, including numeracy, digital, communication and interpersonal skills * helps learners prepare for employment, apprenticeship, secondary school credit, post-secondary education and greater independence

Academic Upgrading program: * a non-credit, part-time program for adults interested in developing and enhancing their employment potential, acquiring further training and education in specific areas, and building independent learning skills * individual programs are developed based on the student's goals * small group settings provide for individual attention.

The Next Steps/Pathways to Employment program: * provides learners with special needs the opportunity to develop their literacy and numeracy skills in preparation for employment * small group setting * individualized programming * non-credit, part time day classes * students must be able to set and meet goals
