Provides relief to those at risk or in risk of poverty through programs, nutritious meals, food bank support and child and youth development. 
 
Services include: 
Family programs  
* programs from prenatal to school age including a Licensed child care program and summer day camp programs 
 
Christmas Wonders and Beyond 
* provides relief for families during the holiday season 
 
Food and Meal programs 
* includes five community meals a week as well as a food bank 
 
Shower Facilities (NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME) 
* available Mon-Fri from 9 am to 2:30 pm and again from 6 pm to 8 pm 
* will provide a towel and shampoo 
 
Youth programs  
* daily drop-in program and homework support 
 
Neighbour Care Network  
* volunteers work with clients to identify and access available resources so they can get to a more stable and sustainable situation and improve their health and well-being 
 
Budget and debt counselling
