DescriptionProvides community-based psychiatric services for children, youth and adults living in Milton and Halton Hills.  
* offers community-based psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment and consultation services for people ages 6 and up, living in North Halton 
* referrals are made through doctors 
Partner with other service providers across Halton Region including: 
* Phoenix Early Intervention program 
* clinical support for the HOMES initiative; 
* Health and Hope Concurrent Disorders program

Application* Individuals seeking services are asked to first discuss their concerns with their family doctor and if a referral is required to have their doctor make the referral on their behalf 
* where there is no family doctor, staff will assist someone in locating a doctor to work with  
* all referrals require the expressed consent of the person being referred for service
