DescriptionThe North Halton Mental Health Clinic (NHMHC) provides community-based psychiatric services for children, youth and adults living in Milton and Halton Hills.  
 
NHMHC offers community-based psychiatric assessment * diagnosis * treatment * consultation * and counselling services through inter- disciplinary teams of mental health health clinicians and psychiatrists 
 
In addition to the NHMHC's core psychiatric consultation, treatment and counselling program we partner with various service providers across Halton Region to provide * Phoenix early intervention program * clinical support for the HOMES initiative * North Halton Child and Youth Psychiatric services * Health and Hope Concurrent Disorders program and Dual Diagnosis consultation

ApplicationIndividuals seeking services are asked to first discuss their concerns with their family doctor and if appropriate have their doctor make the referral on their behalf. Where there is no family doctor, self-referrals are accepted. All referrals require the expressed consent of the person being referred for service.
