| Description | The North Halton Mental Health Clinic (NHMHC) provides community-based psychiatric services for children, youth and adults living in Milton and Halton Hills. NHMHC offers community-based psychiatric assessment * diagnosis * treatment * consultation * and counselling services through inter- disciplinary teams of mental health health clinicians and psychiatrists In addition to the NHMHC's core psychiatric consultation, treatment and counselling program we partner with various service providers across Halton Region to provide * Phoenix early intervention program * clinical support for the HOMES initiative * North Halton Child and Youth Psychiatric services * Health and Hope Concurrent Disorders program and Dual Diagnosis consultation Georgetown location: 93 Main Street Acton location: 19 Willow Street Milton location: 217 Main Street E | ||||||||
