Description* voluntary organization dedicated to the advancement of the education and general well-being of children and adults of normal or potentially normal intelligence who have learning disabilities arising from perceptual, conceptual, subtle coordination or related problems 
 
Major services:  
* information for parents, teachers and professionals, including current medical research, free email newsletter 
* organizes meetings: provide videos, speakers and displays for community organizations 
* facilitates contact between parents and assessment and tutorial centres, school boards, and physicians 
* advocacy training for parents of school age children with learning disabilities 
* keyboarding classes for children ages 8-14, during school year, class size 6:1 
* annual conference
