| Description | The clinics offer ongoing power skating sessions throughout the year. Efficiency skating programs improve a hockey players skating skills by accentuating proper basic power skating techniques, strong and efficient strides, quicker acceleration, backward skating and lateral movement. All of which are designed to achieve better balance, maneuverability and self-confidence. Private lessons are also available. Some clinics are offered through Oakville Recreation & Culture Department: see Children's Programs. Clinics held at River Oaks arena. | ||
