Description (Service) The Foundation's services include: 
* research and community asset building to tackle systemic critical issues faced by local residents 
* giving donors choices on how to make their gift, how that gift might be recognized and what charitable causes they may wish to support 
* helping professional advisors provide added value to their clients 
* providing financial support for variety of charitable causes 
* participating in broader community initiatives, providing broad-based expertise throughout the charitable sector 
 
New initiatives in 2018: 
Community Classroom: 
* providing funding to support 42 publicly funded schools with access to arts, culture and heritage education for every student in grades 1 to 8 
 
BeLong Oakville: 
* a community-wide one day open doors that provides free access to skating, swimming, yoga, gymnastics and arts and culture programs
