Description (Service) Various support groups for women dealing with abuse, separation, or divorce. 
 
Abuse Support Group:  
* confidential group for women who have experienced any form of abuse  
* a safe environment to share stories and receive the tools and support needed  
* call for registration and ongoing day and evening sessions 
* no cost  
 
Spanish Social Group:  
* for Spanish speaking women  
* meet new friends  
* guest speakers  
* community events  
 
A Women's Group (50+):  
* share insight and perspectives in a moderated forum  
 
Separation & Divorce:  
* provides a safe environment to share concerns and receive support  
 
Employment Network:  
* provides resume writing, job searching, interviewing and networking skills  
* five weeks  
* call for ongoing sessions 
 
Family Law Legal Clinic:  
* advice and guidance on family issues around separation/divorce, child/spousal support, and child custody/access  
* women only  
* no appointment  
* first 4 women served

Family Law Workshop: 16 Things You Need to Know Before You Separate 
* one day workshop explores various actions to strengthen participants' position  
* fee-$40.00  
 
Income Tax assistance:

New Start Entrepreneurial Program:  
* experts provide information on how to start a business

Counselling Services In Own language:

Self-Esteem Coaching:

* participants will explore tools and strategies to increase self-worth, and self-confidence
