Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Supportive counsellors provide one-on-one support, by phone or in person, for women facing abuse, grief/loss and relationship issues.  
* confidentiality assured 
* volunteers are trained to listen to concerns  
* explore alternatives  
* help find solutions  
* offer referrals to appropriate services in the community 
* counselling services offered in various languages, call ahead
Hours * Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu 10 am-3 pm  
* Mon evening 6 pm-8:30 pm  
* Sat 10 am-12 noon, Sep-Jun  
* additional hours for support groups, workshops & courses
