Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Offers one-on-one peer counselling support by phone or in person, for women facing abuse, grief/loss, legal, addictions, senior support, coping strategies for stress, mental health, parenting and relationship issues.  
* confidentiality is ensured  
* no appointment necessary  
 
Services at the Oakville location include: 
* Peer counselling 
* Caring Across Cultures - peer counselling for immigrant women offered in Arabic, Hindi, Lithuanian, Punjabi, Spanish, Tamil, Urdu, Polish, German, French 
* Programs and Workshops 
* Support Groups (abuse, separation/divorce) 
* Family Law Legal Clinic for Women 
* Information and referral, resource library
Hours * Mon, Tue, Wed,Thu 10 am-3 pm  
* every Mon of each month 6 pm-8:30 pm 
* Sat 10 am-12 noon (Sep-Jun only)
