Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Watch Ontario's legislative process unfold in the Legislative Chamber or follow one of a number of different tours offered by Parliamentary Protocol and Public Relations Branch. Education programs for student groups of all ages may also be reserved.  
 
Legislative Page Program:  
* open to high achieving grade 7 and 8 students 
* students work in the Legislative Chamber of the Provincial parliament in Toronto 
* pages serve a Term of Duty of three to six weeks and are granted a leave of absence from school during that time 
* pages participate in the legislative process, act as messengers in the Legislative Chamber, meet with politicians and officials, learn how laws are made and how the Province of Ontario is governed

Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-6 pm * weekends and holidays (Victoria Day weekend to Labour Day), 9 am-4:30 pm * closed Canada Day July 1

Page Program is limited to students who currently maintain a Level 4 scholastic achievement, who are actively involved in various extra-curricular activities, show an interest in current affairs and get along well with both their peers and adults.
