Description	A volunteer organization and service club open to all Canadian women and girls with a love of their country and a concern for others. The organization offers an opportunity to participate in the areas of citizenship, education, services, and on-going programs.     The IODE Opportunity Shop sells used items. The shop is staffed by volunteers and accepts donations of used clothing (men's, women's)* dishes * small electrical appliances * small household items * books * ladies' accessories * white elephants * jewellery. Items should be in good condition for resale.    Proceeds are returned to the community by the Angela Bruce Chapter of the IODE, through bursaries to schools and contributions to charities.
Hours	Opportunity Shop: Mon-Fri 12 noon-3:30 pm    September-June: Sat 10:15 am-3:45 pm;  closed in July and August
