Description (Service) The next Municipal election will be held on Monday, October 22, 2018. 
 
During a municipal election, Town of Oakville citizens elect officials to the offices of Mayor, Town Councillors, Regional and Town Councillors, Regional Chair and various school board trustees for a four year term. 
 
If you are unable to vote on election day, you can vote at any one of the advance voting locations.

Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up 
 
To vote: Anyone who is 18+, a Canadian citizen and an owner or tenant (or the spouse of an owner or tenant) of land in the Town of Oakville.
Application Note: nominations for Regional Chair are to be filed with Halton Region
