Description (Service) The chapter raises awareness by educating those with Crohn’s and colitis, their families, health professionals and the general public about these diseases.  
* work to improve the lives of children and adults affected  
* offer peer support, guest speakers and monthly discussion topics  
* volunteers are welcome to join the executive team, planning committees and to help at events
Hours Regional and national offices Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm; 
Chapter meetings: first Wed of each month 7 pm-9 pm from Sep-Jun, at Heritage Place 4151 Kilmer Drive in Burlington * park in spaces marked "V"
