| Description (Service) | A Reform synagogue with a traditional orientation Synagogue Services: * Shabbat services * occasional Friday pot luck dinners Groups: * religious school for children from pre-school to post-Bar/Bat Mitzvah (grade 9) * family social and educational programs and activities * adult education programs-include guest speakers * Torah studies * Hebrew reading * outreach programs for interfaith couples * adult Bar/Bat mitzvah classes * holy day information sessions exploring the prayerbook * young adult youth group (HOOCHY) affiliated with the North American Federation of Temple Youth (Reform Judaism's youth movement) Rental Facilities: * one room capacity for 200-250 for meetings, 150-200 for sit-down banquets * available Mon-Fri am, excluding Jewish holidays * advance booking required * only kosher food to be served * kitchen with coffee equipment * renter must supply special events liquor license and Smartserve bar tender * stage and dance floor * ample parking * air-conditioned |
