Description (Service) A national youth program that provides Canadians aged 12 to 18 with opportunities to gain life and work skills, self confidence, discipline, inititiative and decision making. 
* promotes and develops an interest in aviation and the Canadian Armed Forces  
* encourages youth interested in aeronautics  
* assists those intending to pursue a career in the field of aviation
