Description (Service) | A website with the latest information, tools and resources businesses need to make it through the COVID-19 pandemic * provides tools and supports to businesses in their business continuity efforts – from development to implementation * provides a consistent and reliable flow of accurate, up-to-date, authoritative information * works closely with government to ensure the right supports are in place, and to be a conduit for information from the government to the private sector * instills confidence in Canadian business and the economy Reopening Toolkit Designed to provide guidance, or access to guidance, for business owners and senior managers responsible for re-establishing their operations while ensuring the health and safety of operators, staff, customers and the general public is at the forefront * update your Operations Plan * update your Health and Safety Plan * communicate those plans and procedures to your staff, customers and suppliers * know how to access any required personal protective equipment * continue to access government financial supports * understand the social services, such as childcare, that are available to you and to your staff * be aware of the wide array of additional supports, resources and guides that are available Business Resilience Service (BRS) * connect with experienced business advisors, free of charge, from across Canada for guidance on which government relief programs will be most appropriate to support your small to medium sized business, not-for-profit or charity on how to respond and reshape amid uncertainty * guidance on COVID-19 financial support program options and eligibility * direction on accessing the most appropriate support organizations * help to make decisions to support recovery plans * real time insights and feedback to policymakers * available Mon-Sun, from 8 am–8 pm ET * to access call 1-866-989-1080 |
