Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Continuing Education service of the Halton Catholic District School Board which offers Language Instruction for newcomers to Canada (LINC), English as a Second Language (ESL) from levels 1 to 7 and French as a Second Language (FSL) . 
 
Programs designed for: 
* adult immigrants wanting to improve their ability to read, write, speak and understand English and/or French 
* candidates of TOEFL iBT (required for university or college entrance in Ontario) to help with exam preparation  
* adult immigrants wanting to improve their workplace skills 
* classes are free and are offered at Oakville, Burlington and Milton locations

* TOEFL iBT Prep & Effective Test-Taking 
* CLB Levels 1 to 9 
* ESL for Seniors
