Description and Service Details
Description (Service) One of three long-term care homes owned and operated by the Region of Halton. 
Allendale offers 24 hour nursing and medical care to 200 individuals with varying disabilities including cognitive impairment. 
A private childcare centre is situated at Allendale, which adds to the village-like feel of the facility and provides an excellent opportunity for inter-generational programs.
Hours Office Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm * home operates Mon-Sun 24 hours

Eligibility determined by your Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) - Home and Community Care or case manager * client must have a valid OHIP card, have maximized available community supports, have care requirements that can be met in long term care
