DescriptionAssists individuals facing mental health or addiction issues to: assess and upgrade work strengths and employment potential * set and meet vocational goals * learn job search skills * obtain and maintain competitive employment in the community 
 
Major services: 
* Employment Connections Program: provides assistance to access and maintain education, volunteer work and competitive employment 
* Worksite Training Program: provides work of varying degrees of difficulty in a structured environment while providing business with a temporary labour force 
* Youth Employment Program: provides a client centred program that responds to the varied employment needs of transitional youth, aged 16-24 years, who are experiencing mental health and/or addiction issues
