Description (Agency) Assists individuals facing mental health or addiction issues to assess and upgrade their work strengths and employment potential to set and meet vocational goals. Participants will also learn job search skills to obtain and maintain competitive employment in their community.

Description (Service) Major services: 
Employment Connections Program:  
* provides assistance to access and maintain education, volunteer work and competitive employment 
 
Worksite Training Program:  
* provides work of varying degrees of difficulty in a structured environment while providing business with a temporary labour force 
 
Youth Employment Program:  
* provides a client centred program that responds to the varied employment needs of transitional youth, aged 16-24 years, who are experiencing mental health and/or addiction issues
