Description and Service Details
Description (Service) The aim of the collaborative is to: 
 
* let the lived experiences of survivors of human trafficking guide our work and initiatives in the community 
* maintain the Client Centered Support Model  
* this model educates and guides service providers on how best to support survivors who have experienced trafficking and sexual exploitation 
* raise awareness about the realities of trafficking in Halton and surrounding regions through public education and awareness presentations 
* share findings of the project with relevant regional and provincial committees to support the provincial and national efforts being made to counter trafficking in Canada
