This committee empowers youth to have a voice in the Milton community and to foster a positive image for local young people.  
 
MYAC has been involved in many initiatives including:  
* consultation and input into the building of a skateboard park and a freestyle BMX facility  
* conducting a youth leisure time survey  
* planning and participating in events such as Canada Day and National Youth Week in May  
* making regular presentations to Milton Town Council and committees
