| Description (Service) | A program that focuses on having fun, setting goals, and staying motivated while walking * weekly program meets and operates in a local indoor mall setting with easy access to washrooms and seating * most participants are slow walkers and typically require a walking aid * members are encouraged to walk at their own pace and distance while building friendships and integrating themselves within the community |
