Description and Service Details
Description (Service) 59 unit apartment building with 24 specially designed support care units * provides supports for older adults, and adults with disabilities to remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referral to other community services
  • the Attendant Care Services program (Oakville site) is an in-home attendant care service for physically disabled adults who are living in Oakville, and who are able to direct their own care

Provide assistance with activities of daily living including:
  • meal preparation
  • taking medication
  • personal grooming and hygiene
  • toileting
  • rising and retiring
  • transferring
  • dressing, undressing, bathing, washing
  • essential communication services
  • ventilator and tracheotomy services
Hours Administration: Mon-Fri 9am-4:30pm * Daily 24 hours
