| Description (Service) | Provides a range of non-medical, assisted living services to support high risk seniors with complex needs to continue living independently in the comfort of their own homes, including personal hygiene activities (washing, bathing, hair care), personal routine of activities of daily living (dressing/undressing,toileting, help with eating), and essential homemaking services and safety and reassurance checks * services are scheduled at multiple times throughout the day or overnight according to clients' needs and preferences * each scheduled time is customized to the client's needs, depending on the level of support needed and the activity involved Service providers are:
