Description (Service)	Substance Use Service assessment and treatment of substance use issues and concurrent mental health needs harm reduction education and supplies including overdose prevention brief individual counselling; group counselling/support management of acute withdrawal from alcohol and opioids medication assisted treatment referral to longer-term treatment Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Clinic -- addiction assessment and care for people without connections to other addiction treatment
Hours	Substance Use Service Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Clinic Mon-Tue, Thu 10 am-12 noon

Eligibility	Individuals who have problematic use of alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines, cannabis or other drugs Rapid Access Addiction Medicine Clinic -- patients in urgent need of an assessment
Application	Substance Use Service -- by appointment; physician or self referral Rapid Access Addiction Medicine Clinic -- walk in; no appointment or referral required, but virtual appointments encouraged; call 416-323-7559 ext 6 to book a RAAM visit; same day appointments may be available
