|Description (Service)||Funded by Service Canada this is an 18 week paid employment readiness/training program that is done in 2 phases. Phase I is 8 weeks long and takes place on-site at The Living Rock where youth receive a combination of practical work experience and employment readiness skills development. For Phase II, youth are placed with an employer for 10 weeks where they gain valuable job experience.
