Description (Service) During COVID-19 many of Hamilton Health Sciences programs are cancelled or being offered virtually, please contact for details before visiting in person. 
 
A travelling seating and mobility service provided by occupational therapists for adults 55+ who are experiencing age-related disorders. Patients are seen in a home or community environment. Services include: complete seating and mobility assessments, mobility device prescriptions, funding applications, coordination of repairs and/or modifications, training on safe usage.  
Does not accept referrals for scooter assessments.
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm

Older adults who are experiencing age-related disorders. Services not available to residents of long-term care homes.
Application Referrals accepted from a health care provider, family, friend, or self.

Fees None ; There is no cost to the client for the OTs2GO program however clients are responsible for any non-funded portion of equipment that is prescribed
