|Description (Service)||A program that offers group exercise training designed to prevent falls. Offered over a 12-week period, there is 1 hour of exercise two times a week and a half hour educational discussion once each week. A maximum of 20 seniors register and participate, and graduates may transition to other community exercise programs.
Provided by SE Health in partnership with the HNHB LHIN across regions of Hamilton and Niagara, Haldimand, Norfolk, and Brant counties, and the city of Burlington.
Programs run in different locations across the service area at the same time and are held throughout the year.

Seniors who need assistance to maintain and enhance their physical activity, particularly if isolated or homebound. * Participants must be able to walk, with or without a cane or walker.
