Description and Service Details
Description (Service) For clients living on their own or in an one of their residence can join with others in a variety of social, educational and recreational activities. Program offers clients a variety of programming and works with other agencies to deliver similar services. Must be a registered client to participate through the Group Services unit.
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Brant County ; Burlington ; Haldimand County ; Hamilton (City of) ; Niagara Region ; Norfolk County
Eligibility Must have experienced a brain injury and reside in the Hamilton, Burlington, Brant, Haldimand, or Norfolk area.

Fees None - For clients funded by the public health care system who do not have private insurance. If you have private insurance, apply through fee-for-service division. ; Fee assistance available for third party funding can be accessed where available.
