Description (Service) The COVID-19 Assessment Clinic at 65 Delhi St is open Mon-Sun 8 am-8 pm
* no symptoms: monitor yourself; get information online from reliable sources
* MILD symptoms: self-isolate at home; use self-assessment tool to determine if further care is needed; continue to monitor yourself and get information online from reliable sources
* MODERATE symptoms: with fever, cough or shortness of breath, call your family doctor to arrange an over-the-phone assessment. If sent to the assessment clinic, you will be seen by a clinician and receive further instruction. If it is determined you need to be tested, the clinician will make arrangements
* SEVERE symptoms: if it is an emergency, go to your nearest emergency room or call 9-1-1
