Description (Agency) Partnership formed to search out new and existing housing models of livable, sustainable, affordable and inspiring housing solutions for people with a developmental disability, and to bring like-minded families together to facilitate dialogue and encourage networking to share housing related ideas and information. 
 
Partner agencies are Community Living Burlington, Community Living North Halton, Community Living Oakville, Bob Rumball Associations for the Deaf and Christian Horizons.
