Description (Service)	Exercise Classes Free exercise program designed to help seniors stay healthy, safe and strong and promote improved balance, improved strength with prevention of muscle loss, maintenance of strong bones and increased overall independence * includes education component about falls prevention * no referral necessary * program offered 48 weeks per year * taught by non-regulated health professionals (Occupational Therapist Assistant, Physiotherapist Assistant or Certified Fitness Instructor) * held at multiple community locations
