Description (Service) Dharma community for the study and practice of Tibetan Buddhism, and registered charity. 
* a collection of Central Ontario groups under the Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition, which transmits the Mahayana Buddhist tradition and values worldwide through Tibetan Buddhist teachings, meditation, community service, retreat centers, and projects that support the inspiration and guide of His Holiness the Dalai Lama.  
 
Programs include: 
* worship (puja)  
* introductory series to study, discuss and practice Buddhism 
* meditation instruction and group guided meditation 
* individual events on various topics related to Buddhist study and practice 
* prayer circle
