Description (Service) Registered retirement home: 
* 117 suites (1-bedroom, 1-bedroom plus den, 2-bedroom and penthouse)  
* suites include kitchenette, private bathroom with walk-in shower, some suites also have bathtub  
* in-suite laundry available 
* emergency call bell and pendant system  
* fire system with sprinklers  
* air conditioned  
* individual room thermostats  
* balconies  
* small pets welcome  
 
Included are:  
* 3 meals a day in any of 3 restaurants  
* complimentary room service for breakfast available  
* can accommodate special diets  
* 24 hour nursing supervision  
* medication reminders  
* recreational activities  
* weekly housekeeping and linens  
 
Personal well-being services can be arranged through onsite health staff.  
 
Other services:  
Help and assist program on separate floor, for short-term respite, recuperative or after-surgery care, includes:  
* 1.5 hours per day of Personal Support Worker or nursing care, including but not limited to assistance with bathing and dressing 
* medication management and delivery  
* medical appointment arrangement and lab work  
* access to in-house physician  
* nurses on duty 24 hours a day  
* blood pressure monitoring and diabetes protocol
